After revealing in Part 1 that he told Jude and Paul he was only interested in rebuilding their relationship as brothers, not reviving P-Square, Peter Okoye has returned with Part 2, where he shares fresh allegations of financial misappropriation and speaks about a disappointing catalogue deal reportedly worth billions.
In part 2 video, Peter said that after Paul convinced him to reunite, he insisted Jude should no longer manage the group. According to him, P-Square had three managers before Jude, and they never had issues. He proposed creating a new company where only he and Paul would be signatories, while Jude and their managers would earn 10% instead of the 30% they previously received.
Peter claimed Jude rejected the proposal, saying he would rather work for free. They eventually set up a new company called Square Root Entertainment.
Peter also alleged that Paul and Jude later fell out after Paul claimed Jude owed him 90 million for a property purchase in Lekki. Jude reportedly denied the debt and asked for proof, but Paul couldn't provide any. Peter said Paul threatened to tell him everything that had happened, but although he sensed something was wrong, he chose to ignore it.
Peter further claimed some companies offered millions of dollars for P-Square's music catalogue and requested access to their backend records. He alleged Jude delayed releasing the records for over three months and eventually sent an incomplete report. According to Peter, after the companies reviewed it, they reduced their offer by over 90%, with one allegedly advising him to "arrest whoever was handling it."
Peter also claimed Jude instructed the bank not to grant him access to their account statements. He ended by promising to release Part 4 tomorrow.
